As long as you keep your concentration and energy levels up, having someone exercise with you is a great way to stay motivated plus it’s makes exercising that much more fun!
Change up your routine
If it’s muscle tone you want to work on, the best method for your body (and your brain) is to set yourself different workout schedules. This way you will stimulate different muscle groups and and achieve an overall more positive change from your hard efforts. For example, change up the way you do squats by doing jumping squats one day and then doing squats whilst holding a weight in your arms.
Increase the weight
Not only should you change up your routine, but gradually lifting heavier weights will ensure that your body does not become complacent because like anything, if you do it one too many times, the effect will lessen.
